Refund Policy for Bonitaa Skin and Hair Care Centre

Products

If a customer wishes to return a product, it must be undamaged. Refunds will be issued within 30 days for local buyers and within 70 days for international buyers if the product is in good condition.

Services

After receiving a treatment, clients requesting a refund will be assessed individually to determine eligibility. The center will have the ultimate authority in deciding on refunds.
